Good to know
- Limits reset monthly on a rolling calendar-month basis. Inbox count and inbound message byte size are hard-enforced by the API (a request over the limit is rejected); the monthly message allowance is metered and monitored, not hard-blocked — this page reads the same numbers your account is billed and measured against.
- Email verification (
/verify) is rate-limited per account at 1,500 / hour — enforced today on every purchasable plan at that same rate, identically for each. The Scale, Business and Enterprise monthly quota figures shown above are planned, not yet enforced. - Webhooks are delivered to an HTTPS URL you configure, pinned to the resolved IP (SSRF-safe) and signed with a per-webhook HMAC secret.
- Retention is the window before a message is purged from the live database: 1 day on Free, 7 days on Pro.
- Billing is live — paid plans are available for purchase, processed through Lemon Squeezy. Business and Enterprise are proposed plans and not yet available for self-serve purchase; contact us if you need one sooner. Signing up gives you a Free account today.
