Service
These Terms govern your use of mailsocket. You must be legally able to agree to them, provide accurate account information, secure your credentials, and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may set reasonable usage limits. You are responsible for exporting data you need before its retention window expires.
Your data
You retain rights in content you submit or receive. You grant us only the rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains processing and deletion.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which processes your payment and issues invoices and tax receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and you will not be charged again. If mailsocket isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full to the original payment method. A refunded subscription ends immediately and your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. Questions and abuse reports may be sent to [email protected].
